If I ever hear, "But what do you eat?" or "I could never be a vegan. The food's too boring" again, I will know where to send people! Awsome site! Inspired me to do some baking later today! (I'm a good vegan cook, but haven't really done much baking since becoming a vegan almost a year ago...)

i'm from glasgow (scotland), vegan for about 14 years, veggie for a short time before that. partner is vegan too - she's in China for a few months trying to survive.

i've helped run the glasgow vegan network for years, which is a social cheesecake-and-beer rather than animal rights activism type thing. occasionally i work in new york and get to sample real choice for vegans
