I've made this soysage recipe that seems to be all over the web with the okara from my soymilk maker and really like it alot, but it takes 90 minutes with the oner on for the steaming part of the recipe. This gets the home hot in the summer. I was wondering if anyone knows if you could instead steam this sort of recipe in a crockpot and let it go overnight. Probably use less energy? and keep things cooler in the living spaces? Thanks - franklen
