Thanks for the list. What would be most helpful (given that this thread was started 5 years ago and much of the info is undoubtably outdated) would be to produce it with dates, links and name of the poster.

go on then;)

what i did was start at the begining of the thread and if new info came up on the way through i altered what was on the list. If something is halfway through the list then you can assume that it is halfway through the thread other than that I am not going through the whole thing again - you do it!:)

Subject: Re: Are your beers suitable for vegans?
From: info@dbcales.com

Good evening,

Thank you for your enquiry. As far as I am aware, none of the products used in our bottled beers contain or derive from isinglass, gelatine or egg albumen. None of our products contain honey.

Yours sincerely,

Hmmm, that sounds slightly suspect to me, like the guy hasn't checked for certain.

I've contacted the van Honsebrouck brewery who make Bacchus, paper wrapped, Belgian fruit beers. I was careful with phrasing my message to be clear it was the production, not the ingredients I was referring to - giving isinglass as an example of what I was talking about. Unfortunately, what I got back was a quite ambiguous "None of our beers contain animal substances."

(Then I realised that the paper wrapped, Belgian fruit beers I was remembering were actually Liefmans, who are down as vegan suitable on another list. The list is very old though, so I'll contact them about now.)
PS. Supposedly Liefmans did the paper-wrapping first. So there, Bacchus.

Just received this confirmation email as I wanted to recheck since Morrisons are doing Lemon flavour and Toffee Apple flavour Brothers cider for £1 a bottle.

Many thanks for your email, all Brothers Ciders are suitable for Vegans, as we do not use isinglass in our production process.

I need help with this list if you have any time to spare.

I need to know if any of these are vegan or not.

It was a much bigger list and I've managed to reduce it.

I'm hoping a few people can contribute as I need to complete the list Friday evening at latest.

Baileys and Dooleys have cream in.

Newcastle Brown isn't vegan in UK.
Spitfire is vegan in nitrokegs and bottles and presumably cans.

the following from that list i believe are vegan:
Tia Maria
Southern Comfort
Jack Daniels - except they seal their barrels with beeswax apparently (but so could other brands i suppose)
Corona
Coors Light
Red Bull
most vodkas - really need to know the brand though i think

most sherries aren't vegan i don't think?

Strongbow isn't vegan any more

fruit juices can contain many non-vegan ingredients, again depends on the brand

Really ??? are you sure??? please tell me you're wrong. I always drink this when i'm out as it's the only cider every pub in the land seems to sell and I can always guarantee there'll be something I can drink without remembering tons of lager brands that are vegan....
