Edinburgh Vegans

I'm going to be in Edinburgh for a conference in November and was wondering if anyone wanted to meet up for coffee or a drink. It'd be very cool to finally meet some people from the board! I'm a little concerned as the conference price includes two lunches and one "networking dinner" and - while not wanting to sound too pessimistic :D - I'm not holding my breath for any exciting vegan options :rolleyes: So I'll probably be fleeing the hotel for all three - lunch or dinner anyone :D
