hi
i'm drinking rice milk at the moment but i'm concerned about the low protein content and the fact its largely carbohydrate.

is it still healthy to drink it quite alot? (breakfast and a glass at night every day)

i don't want to have soya milk so it's either this or something like oat milk...

sorry if this is a stupid question
just wondered if anyone could help

Personally, I don't drink any plant 'milks', and don't feel a need to find a substitute for milk - but that's just me. I guess 'quite a lot' of anything often may be too much. Raw rice in itself has almost the same protein level as mother's milk, but lower than many other plants, so if you're looking for a higher protein (vs. carbohydrate) ratio, a lot of rice milk may not be your best solution.
