I was asked to post this recipe which I found in a German magazine. It tastes really nice, though I think it still needs some more spices or herbs.
For 2 portions you need:
1 onion, cubed
1 tbsp oil
200g squash (hokkaido), cubed
3-4 tbsp red wine
2 cloves
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp cinnamon
salt + pepper
200g plums, quartered
Sauté onion in oil. Add squash and sauté for a bit, then add red wine and a bit of water. Add cloves, coriander and cinnamon and cook, covered, until squash is soft. Add plums and cook for approx. 3 mins. Remove cloves and add salt and pepper.
