I love any type of silken tofu (soft, firm, extra-firm) and I love regular tofu that I buy already marinated and baked. However, when I used regular tofu, the texture doesn't seem right to me. I have tried pressing it and freezing it, but it still seems really weird, texture-wise. What am I doing wrong? Any tips??

I think it depends on how you're cooking it. I like it baked and sauteed but I only use Ex Firm for that.
