But it doesn't have a recipe for the veggie Reuben :sad: or their scrumptous "milk"shakes :pissed:

It is a great cookbook though. The seitan ghoulash is one of my favorite recipes of all time. I absolutely love it. Also, 2 common recipes found in vegan cookbooks are shepard's pie and lentil soup, and the Chicago Diner versions are the ones I make over and over. I agree though, that I wish they included all their recipes. The philly cheesesteak and seitan ceasar wrap are so good! Not to mention the milkshakes...
