vegan babies...lead????

i have a silly question. do we,as vegans, miss out on naything that would make us more suseptable to lead posioning? i am 99% sure the answer is no but i wanted to ask you opinions and also see if you had any research ot post about it. thanks!! :)

Is there any reason to think that at all? I've never heard of it and things don't get disproved unless there's a reason to believe them.

my dh brought it up b/c our baby just got her lead test back and her levels were high. we are the 1st baby on our military base to have this so he thought maybe it had somehting to do woth diet. i think no,but i want to research for him.
