I have been afraid to buy it because I don't know what to do with it, or what to make with it. I see recipes, but then at the store there are different kinds. It seems really hard. :o

I find regular old non-silken organic firm tofu to be the best universal tofu... Have you ever tried tofu? There's so much you can do with it.. just add it towards the end of a stirfry, slice it on pizza, or I even like to put it raw on a sandwich :D Also.. depending on what you want to do with it, you should know that you drain the water away, and then sometimes press it between a couple of plates to lower the water content.... Good luck!
