stearyl-2-lactylate
anyone know anything about this? i can't seem to find much info and its in a few commercially made pita/bread products i've seen. can't remember off hand if it's the calcium stearyl-2-lactylate or the sodium...
i see lact- anything and automatically decline it.. :o
