I'm looking into buying powdered soymilk as an alternative to the refrigerated stuff. However I have a 13-month old who needs her fatty acids. Is there a powdered soymilk that is appropriate for a one year old, with all the vitamins and minerals? I was also thinking about supplementing the milk with essential balance oil junior for fatty acids. The point is to be thrifty so I'm not sure what would work. We can literally go through a gallon of milk in a day with her drinking as much as she does so I'm just looking for something very healthy for her and affordable.

in the UK I think Farley's is vegan. It might be worth seeing if there's a US equivalent. You'll need to check on it's Veganness though.
