Hi people,

Since here in the Netherlands vegan cheese is not available to the same extent as in the UK/US, I'm planning to order a larger amount of different 'cheese' from a British store nearby. Therefore I was wondering how long you can keep these products in the fridge (days/weeks?). I have my mind set on Redwood ‘Cheezly’ garlic & herbs and red cheddar, and I’m considering ‘Scheese’ from Bute. It would be great if you could give me some comments on the use-by date of vegan cheese. Thanks! :)

Cheezly usually has a pretty long use by date. 2 or 3 months at least. Of course it will depend on how old the stock is in the shop.
