I am at Sky Harbor airport in Pheonix right now waiting for my connection to El Paso, TX and then a short drive to Las Cruces, NM for an interview. Anyone from that area? Any decent places to eat?

I also wanted to say that I think it is criminal that they won't let you bring any water through security, but you can buy it for $2.50 for a 4 oz bottle. Milk BTW it $1.10. How horrible is that!

I live in El Paso right now but lived in Las Cruces my whole life and still go there at least once a week.

Can't really think of too many good places. I guess Bountiful is good but my mother had a bad experience when she ordered a veggie sandwitch and found some bacon in it. That's on Loman going east. There's not much here, I tried "The Planet" but that place was stupid and almost nothing was vegan. If you go to El Paso though P.F. Chang's is really good. There's alot more places in El Paso than Las Cruces. Look on the vegetarian society of El Paso's homepage under 'Dining out' the website is vsep.org
