request for amaranth burger please

does anyone have a recipe for amaranth burgers? I usually buy it in the health food store but its just getting too reduculousely expensive to buy

I think amaranth is quite like quinoa, so I found this recipe (http://www.cookingcache.com/vegetar/vegsweetpotatoblackbeanquinoaburger.shtml) - maybe it will do? You might have to adjust the quantities a bit.
