I bought a packet of Iranian dried Mulberries but I don't know what to do with them and I can't find much on google. Can anyone who has used them before tell me the best way to eat them as I don't want to waste them. They seem a little hard for eating raw.

could you hydrate them like goji berries and put them in cooking/porridge etc?

use them like dried cherries, blueberries, raisins??

what is the taste like?

Just eat them as is - they are divine! Have not had them in years as no one here sells them.

I would imagine you could throw some into salads or add them to a dried fruit/nut mix, but personally I would just enjoy them on their own.
