I highly recommend every person who's on a raw diet or anyone interested in going raw to read at least the pdf file you can download from the 1st link. Many mistakes are made by most raw vegans resulting in frustration, bingeing, giving up, etc.

I just finished eating all the bits of non-raw food that were left in the fridge and I'm fasting for 24hrs tomorrow. Then will try going at least 90% raw for a month.
