I've recently switched to a vegan diet - including *mostly* wheat/gluten free. I was wondering aside from B12, are there any other supplements I should consider taking?

I've only been vegan for about 2 weeks, and so far I feel pretty good. I also stopped drinking caffeine, so I am still kind of feeling the effects of that! I just want to make sure that I am getting everything I need, and if anyone has any recommendations I would greatly appreciate it!

Cheers!

Hi Kimberleyv :) Welcome to the forum. This thread might be of interest to you.

Personally, I don't take any pills as such. I do take a daily tablespoon of omega oil and occasionally some hemp protein powder mixed into smoothies, and you can get soya milk that's fortified with B12, etc.

I think a balanced, varied vegan diet with lots of fruit, veggies and enough good fats should be able to provide you with everything you need.
