vegfest in seattle

anyone from the area and if so, have you been before? I'm thinking of going w/ my 2 small children as it sounds family friendly. Is it truly? I think they might have fun.

It is the 24th and 25th at the seattle center exhibition hall. It runs from 10-6 both days and there is a $5 admission for adults but kids 12 and under are free.

Sounds like fun, but unfortunately, won't be able to make it down there that weekend, due to work commitments. I hope you have a great time though!

I volunteered one year at vegfest. just a bunch of vendors trying to sell you things. I wasn't impressed- but it's a good place to meet people I guess....

Ive heard of it from someone that went and wasn't impressed either. Is there one this year? Or did it already pass?
