2 Tbsp. of chili powder
8 cloves of garlic, minced
3 stalks of green onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Toss the ingredients in the oil, and spread flat on baking dish. Bake for

On a related note, something similar that works well is to cut some sweet potatoes up into wedges, mix some cayenne pepper and oil up and drizzle the oil over the wedges, stick em in the oven for 25 to 35 mins.

Really yummy, goes really nice with plamil or toffuti garlic and herb as a dip.
