Having just had a quick browse through the forums Ive noticed a couple of others people mentioning slippery elm. Im just wondering what you do with it? Im addicted to it mixed with hot oat milk (or made a little thicker so its a bit like semolina!). Any tips or ideas? Do you find it has a therapeutic effect? (How do you feel about some brands being marketed as an aid to make cows milk more digestible?)

Slippery Elm helps with irritation and infection of the bronchial and digestive symptoms. It also reduces inflammation with bronchial infections. It's killer on a sore throat.
