Yeah! Apparently I heard that there is something else opening there soon. The land of chavs and commercialism has a secret society of vegans!

My first attempt at vegan chocolate cupcakes a couple of months ago.....I only got around to posting them now.

This is how I ate them...with a delicious mug of tea...or coffee...I can't remember. Delicious anyway!

Yeah, I had them with some ketchup yumm.

Vorpal - where do you live and can I live there too?

:) I'm in Weymouth and you would be most welcome.

I made the 'eggy' bread by making a sort of batter with egg replacer and soymilk with some salt and pepper, works with flour too. Fried them in plenty of marg in a non-stick pan. I have a feeling they would stick like crazy to a normal pan.

Mmmm lentil bake thingy looks like just what I need, nice.

An evening meal at Peking Palace in London. This is the main meals from Set Meal B and C for 4 people. (The starters were generous and very tasty indeed and there was a crispy duck course in between.)

:) American food always sounds unusual to me but it looks yummy I have to say. I thought Thanksgiving was over already for some reason, when is it, this weekend?
