The tower thing was a kind of pie i think. My senses were over awed and i wasnt actually thinking properly at the time so my memory escapes me! Sorry. :D

Thanks cedarblue :o It wasn't bland at all actually. I think it would have been good even without the sos. I used Marigold swiss vegetable bouillon to flavour it and I was surprised how creamy it turned out.
