My wife makes them. I have the unfortunate task of having to test it all :(

I think that she's put the recipe on her blog. Let me find the link.

Thanks for the kind words. Do try some things out and let her know how you get on and/or post a piccie here.

I can't tell you what is easy/difficult on there as cooking is some form of black art to me. From the plate onwards it's pretty good though. :smile:

Thanks very much for that Kitteh, she's only just made the site 'public' so some of the settings were wrong. She'd allowed comments, but "comments hidden" was checked too. :)

Kitteh, my wife says that she's noticed your photos before and has loved your food, so it's really nice to get positive feedback from you. She's also just visited your blog and is blown away by it. Great site.

(I really must get her to register on here :D)

Wow, I haven't been on here in a good long while! I just moved into a house with a friend of mine and school just started, so it's been pretty hectic. I've got a few things here, nothing fancy, just tasty food I made:

A1 Tofu "steaks" with couscous and steamed cabbage

Chickpea cutlet with mustard sauce, a sweet potato and salad

"Mexican" fried tofu with vegetable rice, Frito scoops and salsa

Pita with veggie burger, romaine, purple onion and BBQ sauce, brown rice, veggies and a sweet potato

It's funny you know because I'm an Aussie expat and I feel the same way about Vancouver when I return from a holiday in Australia :)

@RubyDuby.
Those sweet and sour meatballs look so tempting, and the pizza makes me want to reach out and grab a slice.
