I was on cookie duty this week for my Fiction Writing night class. It's always like a little party, I love it. And good news, they ate every last bite! I'm 100% determined to prove to all those apprehensives that vegan baking can be scrumptious. If I ever again hear someone go "Eeew, vegan?" before they even try anything, I am just going to shove a cookie in their mouth before they have time to finish speaking. That should shut them up, in more ways than one! :D

I think he just sliced it, dipped in soy milk, dredged in flour w spices, fried it. then layered in a casserole dish, topped with bread crumbs and baked with follow your heart jack cheese on top.
