Thanks, Terem! They're just marzipan that I added small amounts of green colouring to, then I rolled them into balls, squished them into mushroom shapes and added the stalks! The marzipan I used is Odense, I think it's from Denmark :)

Coleslaw (white cabbage, carrot, onion, apple, raisin, walnut & home made mayonnaise), potato salad (Jersey Royal potatoes, fresh chives, salad cream), alligator pear, salad dressing (lemon juice, white wine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil), salad (mixed leaves inc. watercress and spinach, fennel, tomato, red onion.)
