I don't see the face! I guess I see potential for faces, but not one particular face...

Near the top of the bowl. Two blueberries eye that are against the glass giving it the look of irises and pupils and a strawberry half smile. :D

At least that's the one I see.

Lord Perennialist, you must invite me over for your next vegan dinner party. All of your food looks amazing!:surprised_ani:

Thanks! :D

And this sounds like an interesting topic for a paper. Was it a philosophy class? Might I be able to read it?

Indeed. It was a paper for a philosophy class simply named Ethics. I used Albert Scweizer, Peter Singer and David Lindsey to argue for inclusion of animals within our ethical considerations. I'll try to pm the paper to you if you're interested. I warn you... its 23 pages long! :)

mmmm bangers and mash... and noodles.

I recieved a vegan care package and ate so much delicious junk yesterday, but of course for got to take a picture, and now it's all gone save a few fizzy belts. :( I wanted to save it and eat everything slowly, however it was the wrong time of the month for that

I see a veganchef viewing the thread... hope you have pics to share soon :)

I don't get the attraction of the chip basket, I wouldn't be any more pleased about being served that than I would getting my soup served to me in a saucepan.

The rest of the food looks great though.

I went out to The V Spot in Brooklyn, NY over the weekend and the food was sooooo good, top five best dinners ever. The service was absolutely horrible but the food made up for it. Oh, and we ate outside on the back patio which was nice.

Plaintain chip nachos. The mock chili was seasoned so well.

http://i895.photobucket.com/albums/ac158/timberlys/DSC00832.jpg
Sesame tofu and vrown rice. The tofu was so flavorful, I wish I could cook it like this!

http://i895.photobucket.com/albums/ac158/timberlys/DSC00834.jpg
Whole wheat lasagna. It was a little spicy and the menu didn't say it would be but the sauce tasted very fresh and again it was spiced so well!

Fluffy Peanut Butter Mousse Cake. I'm a sucker for anything pb and chocolate but this was phenomenal. I'm not a very good photographer, it looked nicer than this before I ate it all :p

Lord P - that looks wholesome and delicious. All the food looks fab. Timberly - that food looks lush especially those plantain chip nachos.:satisfied:

I made nachos today with bean chilli in the centre, it was really yummy:

We found mock duck in a asian market and have been experimenting.

Here it is with steamed veg over vermicelli:

It all looks nice Ruby (except the mock duck, I can't stand that stuff.;) I think it's the appearance of it I don't like, rather than the taste. It looks too real.)

I meant to say I like the chip basket too, it was cute.

I made this as well, I love coleslaw:

That looks lovely BlackCats. I haven't looked through the other pages on this thread but is that your own coleslaw recipe?
If so can I have it? :)
