That dinner looks interesting Beanstew. I don't know if I have ever tasted chicory.:) I especially like the breakfast and the hot wings Ruby.:satisfied:

Chicory is awesome but does seem to be a bit more obscure than it deserves to be. It is delicious steamed for about 20 minutes and then simmered in the sauce for about 5 minutes.

Ruby, did you make those seitan wings? They look amazing; how did you do that!?!I did, but I don't remember where I found the recipe! Somewhere online.

The cashew nut roast looks yummy!

started making pastry again this week, from scratch no frozen stuff for me (150g flour, 60g pure spread and 60ml water with a pinch of salt)
creamed spinach, onion, broccoli and sweetcorn pie
