i've avoided putting this pic up for a week or so because i think it looks pretty disgusting and not at all a true representaion of how incredibly TASTY it was

me and my sister made food for 8 people..my sister isn't vegan and was slightly intimidated by what we would make..6 of the people (my family) are omnivores and my mum is diabetic and has crohn's so what we could cook was reasonably limiting..anyhow..there's
red pepper risotto
baked parsnips
roasty caramelised butternut squash
sweet and sour red cabbage
veggie goulash
lemony garlicky green beans
and a massive herby salad

looks great! How do you get the carrots in flower shape?
I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more quinoa into my diet.

That day I was in a bit of a playful mood, but not a good idea as I can't do anything in the kitchen without cutting myself, and these flowers are the best way to ensure multiple injuries ;) Basically you make five or six incisions down the length of the carrot, and then you cut thin slices.

That looks lovely (except the portions are too small) :o
Looks yum!:)

My thoughts exactly! when I have curry it's three times as high as that plate and you can't see the white of the plate. Maybe that's why I have a fat arse!
