dinner tonight - chickpea cutlet (VCon) w/ ketchup, mashed sweet potatoes, steam-fried crimini mushrooms & a mess of sauteed cabbage. Yum!

and faerey cakes. Chocolate with coffee buttercream, coconut with chocolate buttercream and raisin with vanilla buttercream.

I wonder how many I can eat in one go!

Cedar, It's in Veganomicon, and not on the internet that I know of (yet) so I don't think I should. Get Veganomicon though! It's great.

I was in a mood for making homemade seitan today. Here is a picture of it sliced up. I plan on stir frying it in the sauce and eating it over veggies and rice.
