such lovely food! i wish we all lived nearer to each other, we would dine like kings and queens at each others houses each night of the week!

p.s. emmap, don't forget you can make cheeze from cashews too. same basic principle, nuts, garlic, lemon, s&p, a tad water or oil.

I dunno what it is but lately I think all of us have been experimenting more with the raw thing. They look awesome!

pretty much 'cheezes' are anything based (nuts/seeds)..they're a hummous but withought the tahini..pretty much, yep?

cucumber, avocado, red pepper, mushroom,red soya stuff, wasabi..my first ever sushi..i thought it was gonna be average but this stuff is the shit! i want to eat it everyday for the rest of the year

i didn't put it in the raw thread cos i couldn't find unroasted/toasted nori..and the tofu rosso is cooked

went to a big chinese supermarket in leeds..

though.,.i'm pretty sure i've seen it in morrisons. i've stood infront of it dithering loads of times. i only bought a small amount..which errrm..i've used most of already

That looks good! I still haven't tried sushi, ever. I have seen a lot of pictures, though, and your sushi looks so colourful!

This is the quadruple chocolate cake I made for my omni friend's 21st birthday. Not exactly gourmet but hey I'm not a cake maker like some on this thread!!!! :rolleyes:
