may I present: Jo's Birthday cake! It was the sponge from The Raspberry Blackout Cake from VWAV, filled with chocolate buttercream, and topped with rich ganache.

pavotrouge, that looks incredible. The real version of this was one of my favorites so I'm looking forward to trying the seitan version.

Wow, now I'm hungry too (and I haven't even had a look at all the pictures in this thread!).
I honestly think we should make leaflets with these pictures and hand them out instead of slaughterhouse pictures. Or maybe both? I'm sure we'd convince a lot more people of veganism! ;)
