apart from the tasty looking food in this thread i also like to see others peoples kitchens, plates, jars, equipment etc....not that i'm nosey or anything...purely in the interest of research you understand! ;)

oh great... enough posting for me (unless I'm at a restaurant!).

- maybe we should have a 'post a picture of your kitchen' thread:p:)
Then I would finally have a chance to contribute!! :D (I don't make anything worth photographing but I love looking at everyone else's food).

...................now this was the lunch i shared with husband and dog - the plates were all full - i only left them for 20 seconds whilst fetching the camera and husband and dog ate a load of the cheatin' ham!.
anyway, we had salad, kettle chips, homemade pizza with 2 types of cheezly, tomatoes and herbs, cheezly cheddar chunks and 'ham'. the dog was going crazy for the ham.

in fact, I thin I need to eat it!
How did you make it ... fry up the mushies and rashers, then add the cream and heat up together?

I've gone really hungry! Even though I've not long had my lunch.

fried up onion (finely chopped) and garlic first. then fried rashers & mushrooms. when pasta ready warm creme through and load with parmezano (or nutritional yeast might work for a cheesey taste) then combine all and grind black pepper. i had it with garlic baguette.

Officially the World's Best Chilli... according to my boyfriend who (despite being omni) prefers this to any other chilli he's eaten! :D
