I went a bit silly and did a big meal tonight. It was fun though, and very tasty.

Starter: Sosmix and grated mushroom rolls. I've got a fair few left for lunch tomorrow. :)

Main course: Stir fried vegetables with seasoned tempeh and spicy noodles.

Dessert: Banana and chocolate with maple syrup baked in puff pasty, with soya creem.

vegcurry, is there a recipe that goes along with your dessert? It sounds wonderful!

@veganwitch. There was no recipe, I just made it as I went along. It was one mashed banana, a fair bit of grated dark chocolate and some maple syrup. Mix it all up together. Pop it into some puff pastry (it was left over from my sosmix rolls) to make a pasty shape and then baked for about 20 minutes.
