we only have the smooth, chunky, fire, and chocolate ones here. And only in small size too. I really should have got more whilst I was in the US.

If there wasn't such a thing as "food" on the earth, I'd be skinny. Of course, there is plenty of food, and as we all know - food contains demons. So unfortunately it must be eaten to destroy the demons....

This is why it is bad for me to be single...

http://southwest16.com/ce/2008/04/02/img_9209b.jpg

...I have no sense of proportions! Which is why I now need to gain some height. Although normally I would only make three, but the tortillas were slightly smaller than usual and I ended up with left over filling.

Is there name for this dish?

It is basically an enchilada without the sauce: flour tortilla wrapped around marinated tofu pieces, green pepper, onion, chopped tomato and grated cheezly. Little bit of cheezly on top, then baked until golden and crispy on top.

Such a lazy dish to make I cook it on the plate so it comes out ready to eat!

Michael.

Zeakez & Aradia, I'm going to have to do some digging cause I made that meal a loooooong time ago, but I'll figure it out.

Maikeru, I'd call them baked flautas.

Alright...the seitan is the Faux Beef from La Dolce Vegan. Any beef-y seitan would work, actually the faux beef was a little worcerstershire heavy in the broth. Then I "chicken-fried" it - coated with flour and pan-fried.

The goddess potatoes are at http://dgmgv.blogspot.com/2006/09/its-easy-being-green.html. They're really good. Make them.

Here's my dinner tonight: stuffed shells (from the freezer, from christmas-time), over-steamed broccoli with esme's sauce (http://www.postpunkkitchen.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=50936), multigrain bread

They were good, actually, almost as good as the first time. Freezing stuff is always a crapshoot for me, sometimes it works great and sometimes it's awful.

Yum, that pasta looks fabulous.
