What pastry are you guys using to make these "soxmix rolls". Now that I know what to do with pastry I wanna make those too.

Watch out though as I am going to attempt to make a sausage and mash pie soon :D

EmmaP, I was admiring the space in your first photo, then thinking it was a rather small portion. Glad to see you're not skimping :)

VWAV pancakes w/ blueberry syrup and vanilla soy yogurt. The pancakes turned out thin, still searching for the perfect recipe.

Leftovers from grilling yesterday - tempeh in a spicy sauce, marinated portobello & roasted potatoes.

Emmap - The second one is much more my style and looks so damn yummy. What are spinach noodles and where can I can get them?

emmapresley

i got them in the massive oriental supernarket in leeds. if you can't get hold of any, i can send you some..they aren't expensive or owt. :)

ruby - boil them in water for 5 mins then drain and rinse under cold water. when your stir fry is almost ready, made a bit of space in your pan..slart in a bit of sesame oil and pop in the noodles, have a spoonful of sunflower no nut butter (or peanut butter or some other nut butter??) mixed up with a bit of tamari and some hot kettle water then spoon a bit of that on top and with the heat turned down mix it all about till its coated nicely.
