Yum, I will have to make it another night. I have too many food options this evening. Last night I made a huge batch of bean salsa for tacos so I should have some of that OR save that for lunch tomorrow and use up the ingredients I bought to make Indonesian Curry. I think I'll do that ;)

So me and my vegan girlfriend made these awesome pizzas yesterday :)

Actually we made one pizza and a few scones all with different recipes.

We had one hawaii inspired pizza with pineapple, banana, curry, soya bits and cashew nuts, and homemade vegan cheese (yum!).

On another one we had onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, feferoni, green olives and soya bits.

There's nothing like cooking vegan food at home! Ah! :)
