Mmmm risker...that is colourful and yummy looking!
Here are two by me:
Carrot, asparagus and onion (whole bottle of ) white wine risotto.

My healthy eating starts today. Veggie and tofu stir fry for lunch today mmmm, yummy.:rolleyes: Actually it was quite nice.:D

Yes but it only has water in it!!!! Do you think I drink at 1.30 in the afternoon?:eek::o No seriously, no more alcohol for me until my holiday.:)

Hehe, thanks you two. It is a bit of a fuzzy pic as the battery is running down so I tried to take it quickly.

not to be much pedantic..what makes it tuna-ry? if its chickpeas why not call it chickpea casserole? :confused: (it looks really nice though :D)

cause it has all the other typical tuna cassorole things that kinda remind you of it...but you ARE correct! :) i stand corrected CHICKPEA cassorole!! :)

the 'tuna' casserole I sometimes make for the bf has kelp powder in it to make it taste tuna-y. I can't eat it.

that's a great cake! the frosting colours are especially lovely!
If I'm lucky, I can get tempeh from a big Bioladen (=organic grocery store, not quite health food store), or sometimes from an Asian grocery (but there's a huge risk it's stinky, bad tempeh), or I order it online.
Tempeh is a fermented soy product, but unlike tofu, it has a firm texture and is very easy to work with.
