Unadulterated nutrients? Sounds hot.
The ranch recipe I use is here: http://veganforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7308. It's the third post in the thread, by ConsciousCuisine. I left the green onions out on accident last time I made it (had 'em in the fridge and everything) and it was still great.

roxy- no, just the cookie shake. mmm. didn't see the twinkies, but the smores were the packaged kind.

they're sort of the Japanese wontons... potstickers with a filling (can be veggie or meat or a mix).

that reminds me, i actually remembered to photograph my carrot, raisin and walnut cake with alpro cream and strawberries before eating it at lunchtime! -

(The strawberries and cream look lush CW.:))
I ate at Maoz in London today. I couldn't afford the restaurant I wanted to go to originally at the moment but it was really lovely there and very reasonable
