Emzy - I tend to eat out Sat lunch every week:)
Birmingham has to Warehouse and Sibilas as the 2 main veggie/vegan places to eat in town and other places out of town. I find Worcester is fab for vegans with Chesters, Smile vegan juice bar/cafe and a few other places. Its a lot better than it use to be:)

Oh my goodness, all these cakes/cupcakes look incredible! Poison Ivy- those coconut cupcakes look insanely good, exactly what I have been craving :D!
Sinarei - I can't believe what a terrific chef you are at only 20! (hope that doesn't sound patronising!)
Aww thanks, you are very sweet (and no that does not sound patronising). I am very passionate about cooking vegan food :). By the way Aradia, what kind of cake is that? Yum!

pavot, sorry, i don't personally feel that Lidl are worse than any other supermarket (with the possible exception of Co-op), and as we only have Lidl or a tiny Co-op to chose from here for most of our food (on the entire set of Orkney Islands) i don't have a great choice.

Kitteh, I want that tofu sandwich. It looks perfect and I want it. Think I'm gonna have a sandwich for lunch tomorrow.
Poison Ivy, I can't get down with the coconut cupcakes (personal preference), but the Boston Cremes! Holy cow! And all of Kitteh's cupcakes too. Mmmmmmm.
Blueberry Peach Crisp with blueberries I had picked that very afternoon. Recipe on my blog.

authentic or not, the pho looks awesome!
I didn't mean it as an offense, cobweb, just wanted to inform people. I try to buy from supermarkets as little as possible, but when you do a bit of research and compare, Lidl is still worse than other markets.

I think she meant they're all as bad as each other, but the co-op is better.
I think.

oh ok thanks Bryzee - I ignorantly thought the co-op were quite good with all the household products, shampoos, soaps and baby wipes and wine etc labeled as vegan. :o

you daft sausage! - i meant that co-op are  but most other supermarkets are
Pavot - no offense taken atall, i would boycott all supermarkets if i had more time, money and patience to do the family shop elsewhere. If i lived alone i don't see that i would use them atall :bandanna:.
