Peppers, cherry tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes and 'cheese'. With a sprinkle of salad leaves on the side, to balance it out somewhat :rolleyes:

I had this for dinner earlier, thai red curry with coconut milk rice. It was so delicious, I have never had it before. The red curry paste was from a jar but I looked at the ingredients and I think I will make it from scratch next time.

Bangers, mash, peas and gravy. It might look gross but it tasted lovely!

I am going to a vegan restaurant later this week so will try and take a picture of what I have. I think I will definitely get a dessert when I'm there.:)

What I'm calling Bananas Foster Cupsidedowncakes. Recipe from My Sweet Vegan. The cupcakes didn't poof up like I wanted, so I turned 'em upside down, trimmed off the muffin top, and frosted the bottom. These are ridiculously moist.

A couple of slices of Tofutti Mozarella crumbled up and grated on. Was my first experience of vegan cheese on a pizza, so glad it worked.
