Well it was abit naughty but hey when you are starving and there is no food left...pancakes will suffice :)! Anyway wasn't that what pancakes were invented for? To use up all the old crap before lent or something?

That's exactly what I was thinking, aphrodite. Perhaps we'd all make such deliciously cheap stuff if we let our cupboards run dry...

P.S. yaaay for pay day! we hope to see the fruits of your labour.

Emzy I think that looks quite tasty, inventive with the pancakes and you can't go wrong with beans can you?

Oh my. I'll never figure how people can eat that much for breakfast.
Then again, most people wouldn't believe how much I can eat in the evenings...
Great picture, though.

Some apple and sultana muffins I made the other day. I know they were damn good because Jo ate 3 of them - and she has a thing against fruit in cakes.

We had pizza for dinner today. They had carrot, onions, garlic, tomato as well as:
Cheatin' chicken for Jo:

and Cheatin' chorizo chunks for me:

I've never really mastered the art of making cakes...vegan or not....but looks soo scrummy I'm like touching the screen willing it to appear on my desk at work.

As for Calzone....if they had a smiley with it's tongue hanging out and dribble everywhere I would use it. I haven't had one of those in ages! ( time to get cooking me thinks!)

Anyway this is what I made for my lunch today at work, complete with red storage tub. Took about 10minutes when I was half asleep at 4:30am!

It's rice noodles with mushrooms, a green pepper, onions, pumkins seeds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and soy sauce!

Don't know what it's gonna taste like yet but we will see at 13:00 when I go for lunch!

Here's last nights dinner:
Field Mushrooms stuffed with yellow & orange peppers, jumbo oats, fresh basil, spring onions, Tamari soya sauce, & lime juice.
Baguette spread with olive oil and crushed garlic, baked and topped with beefsteak tomatoes & fresh basil and more olive oil, that's been warmed in the oven and home made oven chips which were a touch oily (!) but still delicious. My omni husband enjoyed it - his was gone when mine was half way through so I was very happy!
