Yes I do! I got this recipe from youtube. Here is the link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ySgw-6mGxLY
Although instead of sultanas they used chocolate chips, coz I didn't have any...:o
Also the recipe doesn't specify how long to leave them in the oven or what temp to put the oven too, which is probably the reason why I burnt them but if you like the burnt sultana taste then just leave em in a bit longer lol :p

What is succotash really? I get that it's a bean salad, but why is it called succotash? Sounds native American.
I think succotash (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Succotash) is originally Native American. What makes it succotash is the lima beans and corn, apart from that there are tons of different ways to make it. I like mine with eb, tomatoes, okra and balsamic, would be good with bacos or a meat sub too.
There's been a lot of good food going on! Pavotrouge, that upside down cake looks really nice. I was on the road for a week moving across the country and eating out constantly. I'll spare you the full account (there's one here (http://veganhomemade.wordpress.com/2008/08/10/across-the-us-with-a-stop-in-las-vegas/)), these are the food highlights.
Salad from the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday's. There are edamame hiding underneath too.

The "Vegas Vegan" from Burger Bar at Manadaly Bay in Vegas, with sweet potato fries and avocado. It was supposed to be like a burger made up of roasted veggies.

First plate at the Bellagio buffet. The white wine marinated mushrooms were amazing.

First palte at the Wynn buffet. Everything here was so fresh and delicious. The balsamic reduction on the mushrooms was out of this world.

Second plate at the Wynn, from the Asian station. The udon noodles with miso knocked my socks off, going to try to recreate it.

Second plate from the Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood, Middle Eastern station. Everything was kind of average except the falafel, which were just cooked, and the dried fruit, which had been rehydrated in some sort of sweet syrup.
