PLEASE PLEASE post your own pics of great vegan foods! This can be a resource for those new vegans who don't know how great eating can be, and for long term vegans who need some inspiration! Post away! Food is beautiful!
I love greasy spoons, cakes, and the like. So, in that spirit, here are pics of what I LOVE to eat...

Contrary to all my pics, I don't always eat seitan & cheeze. I guess they just make nice pictures.

Did your wife make them? If so you could ever so sweetly ask her for the recipe(s) and post them here ;).

*Jumps in car and drives over to Ann Arbor*.
Erm, I just remembered there's a rather large ocean in the way, and also that I can't drive or swim. Help!

Everything ever made in this building should be pictured in this thread.

Oh so true.
In that spirit, my folks got me this cake from Chicago Diner (they sell it at Whole Foods in Michigan), for my birthday. Vegan German Chocolate Cake. OMFG. Half was eaten before I could take a photo. It's almost all gone less than a week later due to midnight snacking.

Hahaha, to be honest, that cake looks gross (just because it's not what it looks like) I bet it's amazing though.

Agreed - but a lot of food close-ups look gross don't they? I suppose one normally doesn't look that closely at one's food before hurling it down the hatch :o
