what ways can u eat vege pate? all i can think of is with crackers.

put it in pittas with salad, sprouts etc
on rice cakes
stuff mild chillis with it
squeeze it along celery
pop some into big flat mushrooms, cover with breadcrumbs and squeeze of lemon and grill or bake....

Also, spread it on flatbread or tortillas and make wraps, cook some with tofu or nuts in a veggie-scramble, add rice...
