a Tofurky with the gravy and dumplings
a Celebration Roast next to it
wild rice
creamed corn
fresh whole wheat bread
acorn and carnival squash
a salad with broccoli, spinach, and artichoke
mushrooms

chocolate hempseed brownies (well, I made these)
a vanilla pudding pie topped with chocolate covered cherries
vanilla and chocolate soy ice cream
sparkling cidar

yeah seriously. A parent that understanding and accomodating is a pretty high rarity.

I ended up eating mashed potatos made creamy with soy milk / mixed veggies / a bowl of chili / an apple/walnut salad
