Brussels sprouts and tofu

I found a recipe on the Guardian website and thought it would make a seasonal meal.

Usually they have cheesy vegetarian recipes so it was nice to have one that was vegan. I think I will try a variation on this - incapable of sticking to a recipe and it calls for maple syrup which I don't have and don't think it needs.

i think the maple syrup would lend a nice, full sweet taste though. might try this some time as i have both tofu and brussel sprouts.
