Vegan Jewish Recipes, like Knishes

I don't see a forum or thread for Vegan Jewish recipes, so I'm going to ask it here. I'm searching online for an easy vegan knish recipe and I can't even find knishes, let alone easy. Can someone help me with this? I'd also like to find a good easy recipe for vegan matzo balls, matzo ball soup, Kreplach soup, and other delicious vegan Jewish recipes. My husband and I were raised Jewish, though we don't practice any more - we're Spiritual, not religious - :D and we miss all the delicious Jewish meals we ate when we were kids, but of course they were all gross and very unhealthy. I want to adapt and modify all those yummy delicious meals into organic healthy vegan meals. Can anyone here help me with this? I'd greatly appreciate it. The cookbooks 'Vegan with a Vengeance' and 'Veganomicon', both by Isa Chandra Moscowitz and Terry Hope Romero, have recipes for Matzoh Ball Soup, Knishes etc in....not sure if they're online anywhere though - maybe have a scout around the forums at www.theppk.com :)

Hello - I expect someone knows, but while you're waiting there are some links to recipes here. Can't vouch for them and some may be lacto-vegetarian, though the couple I looked at were vegan.

Thanks for posting this. I have been looking for a bagel recipe for ages and will definitely try one of these. This weekend I borrowed a library book on Jewish cooking which is really interesting. There is an enormous picture of a bagel in there but no recipe at all! I'll let you know how these turn out.
