maybe we can keep this thread for any raw youtube info/recipes etc, instead of posting them all over...

i was just watching this guy, i like the look of the lasagne..

and no dehydrating!! :)

Mmmmm this looks soooo good! I think I could actually make this, its pretty simple and looks really delicious. Thanks for sharing cedarblue.

So how do you think he made the cheese? I've had sunflower cheese before from a raw food shop in Philly but they said they used a dehydrator. Could you do something like this in a blender then?

from another of his vids

sunflower cheeze

sunflower seeds (soaked)
garlic
lemon juice
celtic/sea salt

for green basil cheese
put seed cheeze in blender with spinach & basic

& for red pepper cheeze
put red peppers in

Could you do something like this in a blender then?

i just made some seed cheeze in a blender and it came out great :D
i'm gonna use it to make some lasagna tomorrow.

Thats cool, I am going to make that, one of the reasons I stay away from raw gourmet for the most part is because of the number of ingredients and time involved in a lot of it, but thats really easy.

Anyone else made it yet?

You no longer need to use the youtube tags anymore btw, media is automatically embedded when you post a youtube/googlevideo etc link.
