:D VF was going funny there - i was trying to post my pic and it put up links instead, then a picture of an old viking village i have on photobucket, that's not even on the same page in my album as the laptop lunches!.

are you going to stalk me now astrid?

I just saw some pics of that village and you and your hubby's lunchboxes. Did I miss something exciting?

here's mine for tomorrow../

pistachio halva, dried papaya and sesame nibbles
couscous and stir fried veg and bunny is guarding the tamari
strawberries guarded by small animal friends, raspberries, grapes, goji berries,raisins, nibbly trek bar, tiddly cupcake, pecan nuts.

hopefuly i won't bloody drop it

Astrid - sadly no :p. That's just about as exciting as my life gets - neolithic artefacts and lunchboxes :D. Have you been to Orkney, Astrid?.

of course it is!. I just wondered as we have a lot of ties with Norway, like the Christmas trees that are gifted each year by Norway, and the bands and poets come here to do tree lighting services, for instance. So in Orkney we sort of feel related to Norway.

I just now read up on Orkney on wikipedia. Your flag looks like ours only with yellow! :D Do you know if you are of Norwegian descent? Do you speak Norn?

i'm not, Astrid but the local dialect was Norn here til the end of the 1700s i believe and still contains some Norse words. Orkney used to be a Norwejan earldom.

Cool. I had a teacher with orkney and english heritage ... I think that 1/10 of my english lessons were about the orkneys. It almost feel as I been there, lol. :)

Eggless egg salad on top of organic romaine leaves.
Roasted organic potatoes.
Chopped organic strawberries
Skookum bar.

I love the look of that Mac & Scheese :) And sosmix rolls... only 24 hrs until I'm near sosmix ^^
